Apple jam processing plant dedicated juice and jam concentrate
extraction production line
The Apple Juice Processing Line is engineered with
dual-compatibility for apple and pear processing, and it
outperforms peers in four core competitive advantages: first, it
delivers exceptional operational efficiency to cut down production
cycle times; second, it integrates innovative water-conserving
technologies that slash freshwater consumption by up to 30%—a green
upgrade that lowers operational costs; third, it boasts
industry-leading juice extraction rates to maximize the utilization
of raw materials and boost yield; fourth, it adheres to rigorous
safety protocols to ensure both product quality compliance and
operator well-being.
We provide one-stop processing and packaging integrated solutions,
with customizable daily processing capacities ranging from 10 to
1500 tons. As a highly adaptable and scalable system, our Apple
Juice Processing Line is perfectly suited for both small-scale
workshops and large-scale industrial complexes. Whether you opt for
advanced low-temperature pressing techniques to lock in the natural
flavor of the juice, or prefer a cost-effective equipment
configuration to fit your budget, our team works closely with
customers to tailor solutions that address your unique production
requirements.

Production Process Overview
1Discharge Platform
Fresh apples are unloaded from trucks using a dedicated platform
with water guns and transported to the production line via water
flow. This area also serves as a pre-washing station before
processing begins.
2Elevator
Transports fresh apples from external receiving areas into the
processing facility.
3Washing
Fresh apples undergo thorough cleaning before skin and seed
removal. Additional cleaning stages, including ultrasonic and ozone
cleaning, can be integrated for enhanced sanitation.

4Sorting
After washing, apples are visually inspected by operators to
identify and remove any defective fruit, ensuring only quality
produce proceeds to processing.

5Crushing
GFM-FC series crushers utilize advanced technology for
high-precision crushing of apples and other fruits. This fine
grinding process enhances the efficiency of subsequent processing
stages.

6Preheating
Crushed material is heated to temperatures between 45°C and 85°C.
This step improves juice yield in subsequent extraction while
preserving color and flavor characteristics.

7Belt Type Juice Extractor
Advanced belt press technology delivers high-efficiency juice
extraction with over 70% yield. Features energy-saving design and
automated control for optimal performance.

8Sterilizing
Tube sterilizers process apple puree and applesauce at ultra-high
temperatures (approximately 115°C for 30 seconds) followed by
immediate cooling. This preserves taste and nutritional content
while ensuring product safety.

9Aseptic Filling
Closed-loop aseptic filling systems work in conjunction with
sterilizers. The filling chamber maintains vapor protection and
sterile conditions, with mirror welding technology ensuring clean,
smooth surfaces. Includes CIP and Auto SIP capabilities for various
packaging formats.

10Storage or Blending
Finished products can be stored directly or used as raw materials
for further processing into apple sauce, ketchup, or other
value-added products.
