Custom Layout Mango Processing Line for 50 to 2000 Tons Per Day with SUS304/SUS316 Material

From Mango to Shelf-Stable Puree – Complete Aseptic Line

Mango processing lines are not one size fits all. A small farm cooperative processing fifty tons per day has different space, labor, and automation needs than a large export factory processing two thousand tons per day. Our lines are custom laid out for your specific capacity and facility dimensions.

Small Scale Line for 50 to 100 Tons Per Day

This line fits into a floor space of approximately fifteen meters by twenty meters. Washing, sorting, and peeling are semi-automated, requiring six to ten operators per shift. A single stage pulper with manual screen change handles puree production. Drying is done on cart style trays rolled into a batch oven. This line is ideal for farm cooperatives, small juice brands, and pilot plants testing market demand before scaling up.

Medium Scale Line for 100 to 500 Tons Per Day

This line requires a floor space of approximately twenty meters by thirty meters. Washing and sorting are fully automated. A rotary peeling and pitting machine processes up to sixty fruits per minute with two operators for quality monitoring. A twin-stage pulper with automatic screen cleaning runs continuously without stopping for fiber removal. For drying, a continuous belt dryer with five zones handles sliced mango at rates up to five hundred kilograms per hour.

Large Scale Line for 500 to 2000 Tons Per Day

This line requires a dedicated building of at least five hundred square meters. All stations are fully automated with PLC control and remote monitoring. Multiple peeling and pitting machines run in parallel. Puree is processed through decanter centrifuges for maximum yield. Aseptic filling lines run at rates up to twenty tons per hour. For dried products, a multi belt dryer with heat recovery system reduces energy consumption by thirty percent.

Customization Options Available for Every Scale

We offer three material grades depending on your budget and hygiene requirements. Grade A uses 304 stainless steel for all product contact surfaces. Grade B uses 304 for wet areas and coated mild steel for dry areas. Grade C uses 316 stainless steel for acidic mango varieties and corrosive environments.

We can also adjust automation levels. A manual control option uses push buttons and analog gauges for easy troubleshooting. A semi automatic option uses PLC with HMI but retains manual overrides. A fully automatic option uses PLC with remote access for diagnostic support from our engineers.

Send us your floor plan and target daily capacity. We will return a CAD layout showing where each machine sits, power requirements, water connections, and drainage points. No obligation quotes are available within three business days.
