The complete line begins with raw material handling. Our sorting and washing system removes dirt, debris, and defective fruit using a combination of air bubbles, high-pressure spray, and brush rollers. The fruit then passes through a crusher and belt press or screw press for juice extraction, achieving juice yields of up to 90 percent.

For pure juice production, the extracted juice enters an enzymatic treatment tank where pectinase breaks down cell walls, improving clarity and juice flow. A finisher or centrifuge then separates fine pulp and solids. The juice can be processed as cloudy juice for a natural appearance or clarified for a crystal clear beverage.

The core of our line is the UHT sterilization system. Using tubular or plate heat exchangers, the juice is heated to 121 degrees Celsius for 5 to 15 seconds, killing all microorganisms while preserving natural flavor, color, and nutrients. The system includes a vacuum deaeration tank that removes dissolved oxygen, preventing oxidation and browning during storage.

Our aseptic filling system supports multiple packaging formats including PET bottles, glass bottles, cans, and pouches. The integrated packaging line includes an automatic bottle unscrambler, rotary or piston filler, capping machine, sleeve labeler or labeling machine, inkjet coder, shrink wrapper, case packer, and robotic palletizer.

All equipment is constructed from food-grade 304 or 316 stainless steel and includes a CIP automatic cleaning system that sanitizes the entire line without disassembly. Capacities range from 1,000 bottles per hour for small producers up to 36,000 bottles per hour for industrial scale operations.

We provide complete after-sales support including factory layout design, equipment manufacturing, sea freight coordination, on-site installation and commissioning, operator training, and a 12-month warranty with remote technical assistance. Work Principle

And once the stroke of the cylinder is set, the amount of material extracted will be fixed, thereby enabling quantitative filling of the material.
