    We provide complete dried mango processing lines designed for producing high-quality dried mango slices, strips, and dices for snack food, cereal ingredient, and confectionery applications. The process includes washing, manual sorting, peeling and pitting, slicing (adjustable thickness: 4–12mm), blanching, osmotic dehydration (sugar infusion), air drying or freeze drying, cooling, grading, and vacuum packaging. Our dual-stage drying system – combining osmo-dehydration with hot-air convection drying – effectively reduces moisture content from 85% to 15%–18% while preserving natural color, flavor, and nutritional value. The osmotic pre-treatment enhances sugar penetration and improves texture, producing chewy, tender dried mango with extended shelf life. Daily fresh mango processing capacities range from 10 to 300 tons. All food-contact parts are constructed from 304 stainless steel with full CIP integration.     1. Discharge Platform
    Specialized drainage platform with water guns simplifies raw mango unloading from trucks while providing pre-washing capabilities to enhance production line efficiency.
