We offer comprehensive apple sauce production lines designed to
produce both smooth and chunky-style apple sauce for retail, baby
food, and bakery ingredient applications. The process includes
washing, sorting, peeling and coring (optional), steaming,
pulping/finishing, refining, deaeration, sterilization, and
hot-filling or aseptic filling. Our paddle-type finishers and
disintegrators effectively separate skins and seeds from the edible
pulp, achieving a smooth or textured consistency based on your
recipe requirements. The line is highly versatile – with simple
adjustments, it can also process pears, peaches, mangoes, and other
fruit purees, maximizing your equipment utilization. Daily
processing capacities range from 10 to 500 tons. All systems
feature CIP automatic cleaning to ensure hygiene and reduce
downtime. We provide end-to-end support from plant layout to
commissioning, helping you bring premium apple sauce products to
market quickly and efficiently.
3Washing
Fresh apples undergo thorough cleaning before skin and seed
removal. Additional cleaning stages, including ultrasonic and ozone
cleaning, can be integrated for enhanced sanitation.

4Sorting
After washing, apples are visually inspected by operators to
identify and remove any defective fruit, ensuring only quality
produce proceeds to processing.

7Belt Type Juice Extractor
Advanced belt press technology delivers high-efficiency juice
extraction with over 70% yield. Features energy-saving design and
automated control for optimal performance.

9Aseptic Filling
Closed-loop aseptic filling systems work in conjunction with
sterilizers. The filling chamber maintains vapor protection and
sterile conditions, with mirror welding technology ensuring clean,
smooth surfaces. Includes CIP and Auto SIP capabilities for various
packaging formats.

10Storage or Blending
Finished products can be stored directly or used as raw materials
for further processing into apple sauce, ketchup, or other
value-added products.
