This apple juice processing line is engineered for concentrated
juice production, delivering consistent Brix levels and reliable
food-grade construction for daily commercial operation.
Optimized for Concentrated Apple Juice
Apple concentrate requires precise process control to achieve
target Brix while preserving natural flavor and color. The line
integrates belt pressing for juice extraction, followed by
enzymatic treatment and ultrafiltration to clarify the raw juice. A
falling-film evaporator then concentrates the juice under vacuum at
low temperature, typically reaching 65-72% Brix for aseptic bag
filling.
Process Coverage
The line handles washing (bubble and brush combined), inspection
conveying, crushing, belt pressing, aroma recovery, enzymatic
hydrolysis, ultrafiltration, evaporation, sterilization, and
aseptic filling. Each stage is connected through enclosed conveying
to minimize oxidation and contamination risk.
Material and Construction Standards
All product-contact components use SUS304 stainless steel.
Non-contact structural parts are powder-coated carbon steel. The
system is designed for CIP (Clean-in-Place) compatibility, with
automated cleaning cycles for all product pathways.
Throughput Range
Standard configurations process 10 to 100 tons of fresh apples per
day, with optional expansion to 2500 tons/day for large-scale
projects. The modular design allows staged investment as market
demand grows.
Control and Documentation
The line operates under PLC control with HMI interface. Electrical
components from recognized international brands. Each system is
factory-tested before shipment, with layout drawings, utility
requirements, and operation manuals provided.
