Principle
The tube sterilizer adopts a four-layer casing structure, which
uses hot water as a heating medium to heat and sterilize the
materials, and then rapidly cools the sterilized materials with
cooling water or cold water. The heat exchange medium flows in the
innermost two and outermost tubes, and the material flows in the
opposite direction in the intermediate tube to ensure maximum heat
exchange area and efficiency. The internal temperature of the
material is uniform and the material is thoroughly sterilized.
Components
The equipment consists of material tank, pump, tubular heat
exchanger, retainer, superheated water system and control system.
Regeneration heat exchange technology is adopted in the design of
the equipment to improve heat transfer efficiency and save energy.
The operating system adopts the image man-machine dialogue
operation interface, which is convenient for intuitively grasping
the running state of each component of the device at any time; the
control system performs real-time temperature control, acquisition
and storage on the device.
